NHS interview questions

There were two men on the panel and one explained that he would be talking and the other taking notes - they were both quite friendly and it was the usual questions (why do you want to work here, why should we hire you, tell me about a time when...) and they tried to keep it as relaxed as they could. It was just for a temporary position, covering maternity so it may be more formal for a permanent position. The one talking rang the next day with some very constructive feedback which was very encouraging for me going forward. One of the better interview I have had regarding the panel.
