Interviewed by 2 members of staff, one head of dept, the other head of secretarial. Lasted about half an hour then took to a computer to so a typing test. It was not about WPM but accuracy. There was also a couple of multiple choice questions where you had to choose the correct spelling of a word or the correct format for a date.

Questions were based around the NHS core values. So explain a time when you worked with compassion. There was a question for every value.

Interview
The interview process was really good. The interview environment was relaxed but professional. There were two panel members and they asked a series of questions. After that there was a data test, with a time limit of 10 minutes, you are left alone for this and then that was the end of the interview.

Application form then an interview that included a presentation in front of a panel of 3 people.
Interview consisted of scenario questions and knowledge based questions. There was also a numeracy test and accuracy test.
