NHS interview questions

I was taken into the interview room and we had a chat about the job role and duties, my experience and suitability, where the job could go in the future

Informal at the time but interviewing process very much more stringent now. Was known to the employer at the time due to having done some temporary work there so this made it more infromal as had been working together in the very recent past.
