Interview and written task on the day. Panel consistent of 3 people Scenario based questions as well as technical questions to test knowledge Written task included answering example enquiries from managers, reviewing policy and absence management processes

Excellent, very informative, they have a clear vision, it was a panel interview so I got to speak to multiple senior people. The answered all of my questions and gave me an overview of what they require and what my duties would be.
