NHS interview questions

Applied online, invited to interview via trac and given time slot and date. Took a week after closing date to hear back for an interview date. Quite straightforward there was a panel of 3 people of varying experience interviewing.

The NHS interview process includes shortlisting based on your application, followed by a 30–45 minute panel interview with competency and knowledge-based questions. Some roles may include a short admin test. You’ll be assessed on communication, organisation, RTT knowledge, and patient care understanding. Results follow within a few days.
