NHS interview questions

It was 2 parts. One is a panel interview and an examination with nursing fundamentals including doses calculations. It was with 30-40 candidates. Whoever gets a perfect score in the calculations advances to the panel interview

Competency based questions were asked throughout the interview. There were two people interviewing. The initial interview was conducted via Teams. Both of the interviewers were the hiring managers. It was a good conversational style interview and you were made to feel at ease. Information was given by the interviewers on the team and structure before questions were asked.
