The process was nice as they informed me prior what was going to occur within the interview in terms of questions as well as how it would be structured therefore, it made it really nice for me to prepare and ensure that I'm able to answer correctly.
Three person panel, each with 5 to 10 diffent type questions i.e 5 to 10 personal skills questions from one person, 5 to 10 job related question from the other and lastly 5 to 10 about the nhs/trust from the other.
good, conversational, basic questions, ask abour work authorization first, but basic at first round, positive, easy, smooth, the atmosphere is positive, recruiter just want to get to know you. i like interview process
