I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NHS in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview was so relaxed. I had 2 lovely senior members of staff interviewing me. I applied online, I recieved an email with an interview invite 10 days (ish) later, and my interview was not for another 2 and a half weeks. Long wait!
My advice to anybody who has upcoming MLA interviews is READ AND STUDY THE JOB DESCTRIPTION/PERSONAL SPECIFICATION.
They pretty much ONLY asked me questions which I was more than prepared for because I had studied the job description/personal specification, and had answers and examples already lined up.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for NHS/Why this job role?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NHS in Aug 2017
Interview
Applied online, stop accepting applications the day I applied! Then was invited to an interview for about 2 weeks later. Interview was very easy no trick questions and the interviewers were friendly, felt more like a conversation then an interrogation. Do your research and read the job description. They loved that I had researched "Coldicott principle" said I got brownie points for that lol! Then I done a quick typing test and a test following instructions with test tubes and was finnaly showed around the lab. Was called two days later saying I had got the job. Just waiting for my security interview and OH meeting now
