NHS Project Manager interview questions

The NHS project manager interview process involves multiple stages: initial application screening, competency-based interviews focusing on leadership, communication, and healthcare knowledge, a presentation on a healthcare project, and a panel interview.

I got my interview quick. Questions asked were mostly CV based with a few competency based questions. There were several rounds but areanged quickly. Communication was also good throughout the process. Overall good experience.
