It takes them long time to hire. First they are not able to decide locally because decision making is in US. Unless US gives consent they will not go ahead. Intersting part is that US team seldomely takes technical interviews.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Halifax, NS) in Apr 2014
Interview
Basic questions. Nobody knew I was being interviewed that day and then the manager never told anyone he was out sick.
Waited for an hour at the office until I was sent home as the interview needed to be rescheduled.
