they don't have any good process in place. ask simple questions. prepare from google. there is no need of any specail kind of preparations. they managers are dumboo there. reached to mngr level only by butterings.

They asked mostly technical question which you can get easily from google :) mngrs are like that you will get surprised and will asked yourself 'who the hell has made them mngrs' :)
