NTT DATA Sr Software Engineer interview questions

The company took a telephonic round for the first time and for the second round they asked me to travel overnight from a different state to Hyderabad. After reaching there, I came to know that the person responsible for taking the main interview was not present. And I was interviewed by a fresher who didn't know how to take an interview. However, he cleared me for the next round. But it's almost 15 days from now, they haven't informed me yet. I called the agency who fixed the interview and got to know the client rejected my resume. Before calling me from one city to another, they could have shared my resume with the client and got a prior approval. The company acts like one of CMM level 5 but they do not even come close to a start-up company in regards to professionalism.
