The process started with an initial HR interview, followed by a second round with HR and the hiring manager. This was followed by a HireVue interview and a business case, which I shared back by email. The final step was a more conversational interview with a future colleague. Overall, the process lasted about a month, with roughly one interview or assessment per week. HR seems to be well aware of the job position and the field which was great for understanding role and missions even on the first exchange.
