I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (Gatwick, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied online (through LinkedIn referral), then had a telephone call with recruitment specialist in York. After this, I was called in for a face to face interview with the hiring manager and assistant brand manager in Gatwick - duration approx 1 hr. The next day I was contacted about a second interview which happened one week after. The second interview was with the head of finance and then the brand manager - duration approx 30 mins each. I came out of all my interviews feeling very relaxed and calm, the interviewers were very professional yet approachable making the interview more of a conversation than an interrogation. After my second interview I had to complete three online tests (problem solving, error checking etc). Not long after my second interview I received an offer of employment which I accepted.
Tip: make sure you are well practiced on interview questions, stay calm and remember your skills and why you're there.

How do you handle multiple tasks?
Met with HR for first interview, then with hiring Manager for virtual interview call. Did not progress beyond this stage as the job was determined to be too junior for my experience.
it was a nice process. Had 3 rounds. first two went well, third not so. Very nice workers and pretty fair processes with welcoming people. interview were hard, but very into the point.
