I have applied through their website. I completed 2 different assessments and phone interview. At this phone interview, recruiter told me that they will invite me to a face to face interview at March. However, I have never been invited, called or informed about this process anymore. Even though I added several recruiters on LinkedIn who is working at Nestle, they just told me that "we will call you in a week" but nothing happened. Even though I called their offices to get information about this process, I couldn't get any information. I still didn't get any answer or information about the process. To conclude, the process was clearly disappointing. They need to care about their applicants.
