Firstly, you have to fulfil the application form. You have to give records for your previous working experience, as well as your education background. Secondly, the next stage of your application is to take a psychometric test. Thirdly, if you are successful, they invite you to participate in a video interview (with a robot). Generally I was well prepared, but I've been asked only 2 questions.
