Very poor experience since the recruiters don't understand the Chargeback and The industry they dont know what qualifications or what to expect from this position, recruiters have few experience but they dont understand the position at all wich is reasonable since they are not so smart Lastly they will hire someone who lied on their resume or someone who is very cheap to cover the position
