I was contacted by a recruiter via whatsapp which does not feel like the right medium for it. We scheduled a phone conversation, but when the day came I was told they would call me 5 minutes later, than again some time later - I was waiting the whole day - but no one called. After scheduling an other day, I was called by the same recruiter, not being in the best mood. After three questions (to one of them they could find the anwer in my CV) I was told they would have a look on my CV (for the first time?). I thought the recruiter just wanted to have a look on it, but suddenly ended the phone call - without any notice. This was my worst interview experience ever so far. I felt not even appreciated as an applicant and the whole atmosphere of the conversation was just very bad.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OYO (Jaipur, Rajasthan) in Dec 2018

2 interview rounds were there. 1st was HR, 2nd was BD Head Interview,
Both the rounds where fairly easy and they were selecting on the basis that whether we know the language and are convincing in the role play or not.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OYO
Interview
The interview process was challenging, but fair and pleasant. Initial meeting with HR, followed by an online aptitude test. From there, expect 1-2 more meetings, with upper management, before a decision is reached for hiring.
