OYO Human Resources interview questions

First of all, there is no waiting area for candidates. In interview process, they let a candidate meet any Tom and Harry, who doesn't seem interested in interviewing and is good at speaking his point more than listening to candidate's answers. Any junior person with hardly 1 year spent in OYO is called a senior resource. LOL ! Teammates are unaware of each other's designations. Trust me, I lost interest in first 5 minutes of the interview and intentionally started answering wrong so to get the rejection than working under a foolish manager. No feedback system. They rather don't believe in the practice of sharing feedbacks. If the HRs are like this, imagine the company culture!

It was a pleasant Experience, The person was to the point and she did not make me wait for long time and the feedback was also shared the next day itself.
