Facetoface 4, telephonic /Skype ( Final round ) first two rounds are pretty normal about your profile and challenging decisions you have taken why this company . will be given more importance if you have worked in a startup earlier . 3 and 4 th round would be Explain me about the job profile what are different demand channels you see in particular city Given a budget of XXX for 2 months , how will you use that to increase demand by 2x . what are biggest problems oyo is facing , how will you solve that ...etc
