Interview
It was a telephonic interview. I sent my CV in local office, they shortlisted my CV and called me to fix an telephonic interview. In the interview they asked me questions to check if i could work in pressure or not.

Question 1
Q - I had mentioned few POR in my CV, they asked me about the difficulties faced during those time, how i handled it.
I've been through 3 interviews and they didn't give me an answer. Still waiting for the feedback. The group dynamic was pretty easy, it was to pretend that you were organizing an event about a new product. And the interviews, the first one was with 3 managers and the last one with just one.

1 interview, in person. Directly with the team manager. Did not know what role I was interviewing for. So interview was generic - about the company, about me. Thats all.

Interview
There was a GD round then PI process. They asked an introduction without anything mentioned on the resume. It was more like a fast processed discussion where many subjects of civil engineering were covered. Most questions were asked from what was mentioned in resume.
