Interview
Two rounds of telephonic interview.
First with HR Executive, Second round with Business Development Manager, Himachal area.
HR Executive forgot to inform me about my scheduled interview, And HR whom my CV was referred replied asking "what do I want?" when I dropped a mail for follow up after first round.
Second round with BD Manager which was a surprise as HR Executive forgot to inform me) was held with a couple of background audience.
There was lot of noise and every question he asked was followed up with a laugh and murmuring. It was very unprofessional and unexpected from such a company.
BD Manager asked few technical questions like NPS which he misunderstood as something to do with operations while it is part of Marketing Matrics and is used to evaluate customer lifecycle management.

I had two rounds of face to face interview one with the direct reportee and one super senior.The interview majorly revolved around prior work experience.They wanted to understand the capabilities on Portfolio management, Escalation handling, Team management.They also focused on achievements in the previous company
