CV selection and telephonic for MBA internship. Got selected through university selection so there wasn't much of process. they mainly selected based on my overall past experience and telephonic conversation. Then we had a face to face meeting where they told us about the project and what all things need to be covered. However, the process was easy and not so thoughtful.
