Oracle Administrative Assistant interview questions

I applied online and completed 3 phone interviews. I was offered the job verbally over the phone. Only after insisting, I met a member of my team in person in New Jersey (the office is in New York) and then saw the New York office. After verbally accepting the position, I was told to wait for the requisition to process through HR. 6 weeks later, I was informed the position was frozen and no longer available.

5 interviews. First 2 over the phone. 3rd one in person with the manager, fourth one over the phone, and the fifth one was a group interview with the manager, director, and team member.
