Recruited into a 30 min phone screening that consisted of behavioral questions and your typical "Why Sales?" question.
Next interview/s were their SuperDay which was multiple zoom sessions. The first being a group session including: a 90 sec. elevator pitch - Where you went college, where you're from, prior work/intern experience, "Why sales?", and a fun fact about yourself. Then a BDC panel of current BDC's that explain their day-to-day operations and answer any questions you may have. Next you'll take a short break depending on your scheduled Interview 1. Interview 1 is strictly a mock call. Then you'll have another break before Interview 2, which will be you diving into your resume and answering behavioral questions.
