I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Oracle (Santa Barbara, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oracle (Burlington, MA) in Apr 2013
Interview
This process consisted of three phone interviews over the course of 2 months. Two were with Business Development Managers and one was with a Business Development Director. I was asked primarily about my past sales experience and why I wanted to be in sales. The interviewers were very nice, and there weren't too many surprising questions.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oracle (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2013
Interview
The interview process included an initial phone interview followed by an in-person interview which consisted of brief "get to know you" type interviews with between 4-7 different hiring managers. If the hiring managers collectively decide to hire you, then they will decide among themselves which team to put you on.
