Oracle Customer Success Manager interview questions

Recruiter call me 2 times and then I had an interview with the director. Regretfully the recruiter did not tell me that they needed German as a mother language. The director is an excellent person and he ask for my apologise due to the confusion of the recruiter.

Oracle application / interview process was very lengthy from initial contact by Oracle recruiter to written offer stages (at least 2 months). Interview process covered several interview rounds from 1) HR phone screen, 2) hiring manager interview, 3) 2 Manager peer interviews, and 4) onsite meeting at Oracle office to meet with relevant direct team. Several interviews are remote/phone based and you may not meet in person with the hiring manager if there is upper management interview in your locale. Once verbal offer is extended, it can be a lengthy waiting period until a written offer is provided due to Oracle's extensive approval chain/processes.
