Oracle Devops Engineer interview questions

Had 3 rounds of interviews. Each round was about 90minutes long. Questions ranged from easy to medium level. Last round was a live coding round. Personally, I felt I did ok and feedback was also good. Afterwards in the managerial round, discussed general questions and had a salary discussion. Got a feedback that I seemed a good fit for what they were planning. I was informed profile will be forwarded to HR for processing. 3 weeks on and I did not hear anything back. Followed up multiple times and every time heard the same thing that HR will contact me. Weeks have passed and still nothing. Apparently the HR is too busy. Fact is the company is being cheapskate and probably has me on standby while pursuing some other candidate. Cheapskate company which doesn't respect applicants. Complete waste of time.
