I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Redwood Shores, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
The process was definitely long winded...as a college student trying to work for them I have had upwards of 4 meetings and am still waiting for the results of my background check.
Overall they had mostly personality questions, but also asked why I was interested in sales (to make money), and why I was choosing Oracle. They also asked whether I knew what Oracle did and why Oracle did it better - basically just look through their website and seem well read and confident and you'll be fine.

Question 1
What do you think the CEO stays up late at night thinking about?
Short and painless, interviewer called and then I was able to speak to the hiring manager within a week. Interviews was general sales questions and personality questions. I would recommend at least trying.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oracle (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jul 2025
Interview

It is simple & easy where you need to be very confident enough to handle the tough situation at that time in the interview process they will be asking only genric and basic questions related to the sales process
