I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Sep 2011
Interview
Process is very long, at least three months between the interview and the official offer s don't be disappointed if you're not called right away. Once applied your record could be lost by recruiters so be sure to follow up with the recruiters once in a while. Interview questions are based on basic computer science concepts like data structures and algorithms. There are also technology specific questions depending on your resume.
