The interview process conducted below is during work from home setup due to pandemic
Initial interview is via phone call with HR
After confirmation from HR (usually within the day), Second and final interview was conducted and scheduled a week after via zoom with 2 managers.

The process takes a lot of time though.
It can take weeks to get the offer and the background check is really serious.

1st Round – Talent Advisor
Introductory conversation. No technical questions, more like a friendly chat than a formal interview.
2nd Round – Manager Screen
This was a semi-technical session with the team manager. They asked me to describe what technologies I use, what I’ve done in previous roles and how would I respond to certain challenges

Great interview composing of the job roles that I applied into. Consists of 3 interviews as far as I remember and all of it went great as the leads are accommodating and insightful.
