Interview
The interview consisted of multiple parts: HR interview, technical interview and hiring manager interview. The HR interview/ screening was held by phone and the technical and manager interviews were held on a meeting.

The questions would differ, mostly speaking about my past experience in dealing with customers and the customer support jobs I've had in the past plus my knowledge of SQL for the technical interview with basic queries and database building knowledge.

The process takes a lot of time though.
It can take weeks to get the offer and the background check is really serious.

1st Round – Talent Advisor
Introductory conversation. No technical questions, more like a friendly chat than a formal interview.
2nd Round – Manager Screen
This was a semi-technical session with the team manager. They asked me to describe what technologies I use, what I’ve done in previous roles and how would I respond to certain challenges

Great interview composing of the job roles that I applied into. Consists of 3 interviews as far as I remember and all of it went great as the leads are accommodating and insightful.
