Overall standard and pretty easy. It involves a phone call where you code in front of someone and then a final round with a few hours of that with some behavioral questions as well.
I didn't end up taking it because the offer was significantly lower than market rate. They definitely lowball you so be prepared to negotiate.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oracle in May 2020
Interview
Process was very smooth and quick. There were 3 rounds overall, first being screening round followed by technical round and finally managerial round. Feedback and result of each round was communicated without any delay.
I applied online. I interviewed at Oracle (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jul 2021
Interview
I applied and getting interviewed.
There was only one round (Technical+Managerial).
The interview was good but didn't receive any call till 1.5 months. I contacted HR but she didn't reply.
After dropping 2-3 emails she replied that my feedback is pending from the hiring manager (after 1.5 months). After few days when I again asked for my candidature status, she direct send me a mail like "Thank you for taking the time to participate in our interview process. We enjoyed the opportunity to interact with you and appreciate your interest in a career at Oracle, India.
After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed any further with your candidature at this time."
Dear HR's. At least timely respond to those who have been interviewed.
When we have a good interview we expect a call. Not like silly mails and replies.
Please change some trends in yourself. Requesting.
It's horrible that after a great interview there is no call.
