For Experienced professional there are direct technical round followed by Project Delivery Manger round and last HR round.
Technical round includes.
1. SQL
2. PL/SQL (Oracle)
3. Unix, Shell Scripting
4. Performance & Turnings

Question 1
Technical round is bit difficult.
There is no telephonic round.
Directly F2F round and they asked me to write Oracle PL/SQL queries and discussed whether it will work or not.

after a written aptitude and technical test, there were two stages.
First, was technical round followed by an HR interview.
In the technical round, basic questions related to c and data structures were asked.This was an easy round.
HR included general questions like tell me about yourself and why should we hire you. It was to test communication skills.

basically it was a two round interview first one was on call interview and next round was face to face interview which had questions basically on pl/sql and they also asked questions on xml and basics of core java. Be prepared with all the basics of pl/sql and sql queries and performance tuning as well.
