Interview
The interview process is very smooth, there are mostly 4 - 5 rounds in total for a senior leadership role where you will be judged on business acumen, product design, communication skills, reporting & analytics by different teams.
5 rounds, including one in-person interview, and an 8-hour case study.
Throughout the process there was a disconnect between hiring manager and HR and ultimately they decided that the role spec was incorrect

Asked to produce a presentation on a new expansion of an existing product line
Easy: and unorganized. The team displayed a certain disconnect among themselves in their expectations.
Interviewers could have come better prepared to ask good questions. I was left with the impression that the whole thing was being executed in haste and they don't really know what they are doing.
