PCL does a Spark Hire interview where we have to record and upload our answers using a web portal. I really did not like this method of taking interviews. I understand that there are many applications that need to be processed but taking an initiative to have a screening call and then based on that a one-on-one interview is much better and much more meaningful for any intern who wishes to join. The web video interviews are not a natural conversation. It is like preparing the best answer and then saying it out loud like a recording within one minute.
