PCL Construction interview questions

There were two interviews. First was a one-way interview through a portal website. The website would display the questions, have a timer, then begin recording you. There were five questions in total, all of which seemed quite general and not about the specific job. After this process, I was contacted again for a live interview through a Microsoft Teams Call. Here, I had a 30-minute call with the interviewer, and the questions were more streamlined toward the specific job.

The interview process began with an online recorded video interview with unlimited time and attempts. Involved 2 questions that were to be answered in 2 minute recordings. Questions may be different for each candidate.
