There are 2 interviews, first a phone interview and then a group interview with 6 or more other prospects, they bring each person in for a one on one 'role play" with a mock customer, you are to show your skills and strengths as representation of the company.

Did go well on first interview. Tried to apply for other positions never answered back. I tried to apply with references never answer my application. Very unprofessional. They questioned me about experience and targets. Also did a Portuguese and English test. Didn’t go well too

Interview
There is a phone interview first, which lasts about 30 minutes and deals mainly with general questions about your work experience. If you are approved to continue, for this type of position, there is only one n person interview. If you are applying for management or higher, then PayPal may have you come in for up to 4 interviews, depending on the position within management.

Question 1
They specially ask you questions relating to international finance, obviously because they are an international finance company. You are asked if you know what money laundering is, terrorist financing, and other such questions. It is also good to already have a PayPal account, and a little bit of knowledge of the basics on how PayPal works, from having that PayPal account. You are also asked questions relating to how to handle a difficult customer over the phone, which is an important aspect of this type of position. The remaining questions are really standard for any job interview.
