They specially ask you questions relating to international finance, obviously because they are an international finance company. You are asked if you know what money laundering is, terrorist financing, and other such questions. It is also good to already have a PayPal account, and a little bit of knowledge of the basics on how PayPal works, from having that PayPal account. You are also asked questions relating to how to handle a difficult customer over the phone, which is an important aspect of this type of position.
