2. Phone call with team lead. Resume stuff, a few competency qs, few role-related qs in second language. A little industry knowledge & company knowledge.
3. Oral language test by phone. Super-easy.
4. Face-to-face interview with two interviewers. All competency qs. Have 4,000 examples ready about customer service, perseverance, problem solving, decision making, teamwork, negotiation, relationship building, etc!!
5. Written language test: Simple email in English, sales-y email about benefits of Paypal in second language, few paragraphs about you and your motivation in second language.
