I was applying for a position in Israel, the interviewer was very unpleasant, did not make eye contact with me during the interview and just looked at her computer.
I ended up going through the interview and chose not to continue working there.

Lack of communication between management and recruiter, bad explanation on next steps, wrong approach with talents.
No fair opportunities and always the same people do interview for the role despite many manager working in the same department
