I was contacted by multiple recruiters for different roles. I showed interest in both the roles and mentioned and then there was a huge confusion related to how can the interview be scheduled. The interview process was long but fair. I would have liked to get some information on what to expect in each interview.

Question 1
The case interview was with a Sr. Director and he asked a very open ended question. You are a PM - how will you build a product for cross border currency settlement

The interview process has 4 rounds after getting shortlisted from HR
1. Interview with Hiring Manager -general product assessment, team fit assessment etc.,
2. Interview with another director level manager - Product Strategy + Market Positioning
3. Interview with Engineering Manager - Product Execution & Analysis
4. Interview with Hiring Panel leadership round- Goal Setting and KPI Definition, Decision Making & Problem Solving

Question 1
I got my first round scheduled, it was more about my experience and knowing more details on my payments domain understanding since I have already worked on it.
After getting through the first round, HR scheduled all 3 rounds in next week. I had a great time and the interviews went really well.
They judged my product understanding, strategy, guesstimate questions, scenario based questions

3 rounds: recruiter, hiring manager and skip-level.
Fairly behavioral, but hiring manager had one technical/problem solving question.
Skip-level was casual and only indexed on culture fit.
All rounds occurred within a few weeks and were quick and easy to schedule.
