I applied online. I interviewed at PayPal (Tempe, AZ) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview comprised 3 rounds, each round focused on programming and a few behavioral questions. Was asked a lot of object-oriented questions and java programming. The focus was on explaining their domain and what the team does and whether I have experience in those areas.

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at PayPal (Singapur) in Mar 2021
Interview
Applied through the school portal and received a call from the recruitment team 3 weeks later. In the call, they asked for internship availability and some basic background understanding. After the call, the process was rather quick and smooth. The first round was an online assessment which was rather easy/manageable as compared to other companies. The second round was arranged a few days after the first round and there were two technical interviews each taking 1 hour. The third round was arranged immediately after the second round and two days later I had a managerial interview for the manager to understand your past experience/projects better. The staffs are rather nice and easy to communicate with. All interviews were conducted online due to the Covid situations.

Got reached out by the recruiter via email to setup a phone screen. Phone screen was just to get a high level overview of the technologies I am familiar with.
After that, I had a virtual interview, which was Spring Boot heavy.
Then I was ghosted.
