Received an email from a recruiter about wanting to set up a phone screen. We set up a time but I never got a call from the recruiter. 10 minutes after the scheduled time, I sent an email just wanting to make sure if everything was alright and whether or not the interview was still happening to which I got no response. After a few days, the recruiter sent me an email saying they need my phone number. Completely ignored my previous email. All the email was in the same thread so this person definitely saw my previous email. No acknowledgment, no apology nothing. After I replied to this email with my number and new availabilities I got completely ghosted.

I had Interview with on site manager. I answered five questions from him, and then I asked him about three questions. The entire interview process lasts about half an hour
