I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (New York, NY) in May 2012
Interview
Phone interview with Recruiter who contacted me about an open position, then phone interview with hiring manager. After passing those stages invited to an in person interview with hiring manger, followed by a panel interview with business partners. Everyone was very accommodating during the process, it felt like a mutual selection process not just me trying to sell myself.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you had to influence a business partner to do something they were initially resistant to doing.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Halifax, NS) in Apr 2026
Interview
Lovely interviews and great conversations; however the process had long intervals between steps in the process (i had multiple interviews), and ultimately there was a failure to communicate about next steps or declining my application. (Ghosted) I am left to assume that I am declined.
Apply

I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Hyderabad) in Apr 2023
Interview
Had a good time, got to know the D&I agenda which was quite interesting, interviewers were quite kind to take time to share all the necessary details that a candidate should know. Good Job!
