I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (San Fernando, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
My interview was scheduled for 9am at the Pepsico Warehouse in San Fernando but the interviewer didn't show up until 25 minutes later. She decided to not show me the 15 minute instructional video of the job because she was running late, did a quick 3 question interview, and the merchandiser test was just a quick 1 minute demonstration on if i knew how to use a pallet jack(I do) but not the stacking test(She was running late and didn't have time to have a pallet ready for me to stock). The interview part was easy but everything else was a huge disappointment. I waited one week for a response and I didn't get the job(I hope the interviewer's lack of professional time management wasn't the cause of me losing a job because it's not my fault she came in 25 minutes late).

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Oshkosh, WI) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied online and about a week later got an email invitation to sign up for an interview time. At the interview, I watched a video describing the responsibilities of the job and was informed about a physical assessment to be taken. We went down to the warehouse and I had 15 minutes to move a pallet of 2 liters with a pallet jack, move cases of 2 liters and build a display with them. The goal was to get all 120 2 liters on the display, neat and zoned, within the 15 minutes. After completing this part of the interview, we went back up to the office and had a short and very casual interview with common interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Columbia, MD) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview was very basic. The interviewer asked about background to determine my fit for the company (which, anybody can do). It was rumored that there was to be a physical component to the interview, where I would be asked to demonstrate my ability to lift heavy cases of soda. That did not happen. The interviewer asked the questions and the interview was over. In addition, I had to wait about 20 minutes longer than expected to be interviewed because the interviewer was late coming back from lunch.
