Applied online and received a follow up call to set up interview. First interview was a panel. Hardest because a big-wig sits in. Know what you can about the company, its past, its products and priorities (all available online), HAVE SOME PERSPICACIOUS QUESTIONS READY FOR THEM-do your research. Second interview was one on one with District Manager. More informal and more about details of your hire than anything but don't let that lull you into complacency. Be professional.
