PepsiCo Merchandiser interview questions

Even tho i applied/interviewed almost 3 years ago, process is still the same. Applied online and received a follow up call to set up interview. First interview was a panel. Hardest because a big-wig sits in. Know what you can about the company, its past, its products and priorities (all available online), HAVE SOME PERSPICACIOUS QUESTIONS READY FOR THEM-do your research. Second interview was one on one with District Manager. More informal and more about details of your hire than anything but don't let that lull you into complacency. Be professional. Frito is nothing if not professional. Then training whre they are still evaluating you so be professional. 90 day probation period...

It consisted of filling out an application online. After I the received many emails about the position I applied to was filled, I was finally emailed about a phone interview. It was basically yes & no questions from the app. 2 mins max. I was then offered a face to face interview. I was asked about 5 or 6 questions, then was sat and talked for a while.
