Interview
I applied on a sunday, received a call on monday to set up phone interview, did the phone interview tuesday the district sales rep set up a 1:1 interview with him on Thursday, offered for me to meet with his boss in toledo, oh on friday, tuesday get letter. The 1st 1:1 interview was great the interviewer was excited about the job and my qualifications i felt if it was up to him totally...i would have the job! after my interview with him i met with his boss...in toledo, oh..i had to rent a car and drive to hrs only to wait in the lobby for 1hr and a half...till they finished interview the two ppl ahead of me. I got up and the interviewers informed me that it will be a few more minutes..they had to eat lunch!...during the interview the main focus was my degree in IT and why i wasnt using it, like it was my damn fault no one will hire me!...when i received the rejection noticed in the mail i was hot! by them sending me all the way to toledo it made me think that i had the job :( i felt that frito lay was a perfect fit for me and vice versa.

Interview
First you apply online. then you are given a phone interview where they ask personality questions. You are told of the per hr rate your responsibilities and they ask if you are willing. Once that is done they set up a face to face where you do the whole thing over again until you get the job.. there is also a physical that you must take along with drug testing and background checks.
