I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2019
Interview
It was good. We talked about my job history, what I believe makes me a good fit and my weaknesses, they didn't say much about the company, it felt as If I wasn't really given a chance to really prove myself and that the only reason I was given an interview is so they can meet their "body" quota. I heard back from one of the employees later and they mentioned that the position was given to one of the suoervisors son's friend.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Barrie, ON) in Apr 2016
Interview
Mainly questions about level of experience and skills, with some situational questions. One-on-one in person interview with manager. Very open to asking questions about role and company. Good communication before and after interview to support the hiring process.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Hamilton, ON) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview included a standard 15 minute list of standard interview questions, followed by a multiple choice test. The interview was casual, at a smaller branch in Hamilton. I felt overdressed as the office was casual and then when actually working the clothing is extremely casual as it is a physical labour job where you stock shelf's for 9 hours a day alone.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Tell me about a time when you worked independently? They really wanted to ensure that you're able to work independently because as a RSR you're alone in a grocery store 98% of the time.
