I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied online. Instantly relieved a phone interview the following day. Later received a email asking for a face to face interview. Simple questions asked. Did a 15 min physical test I was given 5 orders with 5 types of drinks and each required me to pull 4 cases. So you build a pallet with 20 2L cases then stack them back where you got them then move on to the next one. Not hard to understand but is physically demanding. Drink lots of water and wear loose fitting shirt. After the on site interview I received an offer continent on me passing my drug and background check. Offered $14.15 and asked to come in for orientation after my results come in. Just always keep an eye on your emails check 4 times a day.

Interview
Started with the online application, immediately after was emailed to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview consisted of simple questions about past work experience and situatinal scenarios. Was scheduled a face to face interview during that phone interview for a week later. During interview you are asked a couple more questions about yourself and work experience followed by a physical assessment. Was told that I would be hearing back from them in their decision. 4 days later I got a email with a contingent job offer pending back ground and drug test. Received my start day 6 days after submitting my background and drug test. Overal time from application to start date was a little over a month.
